Armen Solakhyan
Chief Executive Officer
Armen is a seasoned global technology leader with more than 25 years of success in the tech industry. Prior to founding Bio Access Platforms, he held the role of CTO at PharmaCCX, where he led the development of a platform for drug value-based negotiations. Armen holds a master’s degree in computer science and an undergraduate degree in applied mathematics.
SONJA NAKASIAN
Chief Science and Strategy Officer
Sonja’s expertise spans life sciences, data analytics, and statistics, with a focus on pharmacoepidemiology. Over the past decade, she contributed to leading biotech and pharma companies, alongside academic roles at the University of Utah, Harvard, and the University of Pittsburgh. Sonja earned her graduate degree in epidemiology from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.

Chief Commercial Officer
Paul, a seasoned leader in life sciences with nearly two decades of experience, brings extensive expertise to Bio Access Platforms. His background features senior roles at organizations like Medidata Ai, THREAD Research, BRR Healthcare Partners, Dedo.Ai, Aces Health, and PRA Health Sciences, where he successfully guided companies through founding, high-growth phases, and eventual acquisition.
Sharyl Wong, PhD
Founding Member. Product Advisor
Sharyl has 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in Market Planning, Managed Care, and Medical Affairs. She began forecasting drug revenues in management consulting and continued at Genentech, working on drugs spanning all stages of development. Sharyl holds a PhD in Virology from Harvard University.
Teni Avedissian
Product and Strategy Advisor
Teni has extensive market access and payer expertise as the Contracts and Pricing Director for Amgen Canada. In this role, she leads the pricing strategy and payer negotiations for Amgen’s portfolio of products. Teni holds a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Marzena brings over 20 years of extensive experience in clinical development and preclinical research, primarily within mid-sized and small biotech companies. She managed both early and late-stage global programs, focusing on rare disease indications. Her career spans multiple therapeutic areas, including pulmonary, hepatic, hematology, and cardiovascular.

Strategy and Operations Advisor
Helen is an accomplished global product and technology executive with over two decades of success in the technology industry. She has guided companies through their founding, high-growth, and post-IPO stages as a startup advisor, angel investor and executive leader. Helen holds a B.S. and M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.

Ando boasts over 15 years of expertise in machine learning and big data. With a PhD in Computer Science from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), he is a renowned AI expert, specializing in deep learning, and a seasoned data scientist, contributing significantly to the field of artificial intelligence. Ando has authored or co-authored a range of research papers focused on AI.
Justin Wolfe
Technology Advisor
Justin is an experienced technology entrepreneur with a 25-year background in FinTech and Pharma. He currently leads a technical team at Wellington Management, a global asset management firm. His prior roles include CTO at Matrix, lead architect for a Pharma startup, and manager at Charles River Development. Justin holds a degree in Chemical Engineering.
